Vista has broken ground on a new townhome community known as Vista del Lago Townhomes. The community will consist of 61 attached residences targeted to the first-time buyer market.
Located just north of the intersection of Cobb Parkway and Barrett Parkway with easy access to I-75 and I-575, the community is conveniently located near the Town Center Mall and surrounding Cobb County business centers.
The design and construction of the Vista del Lago Townhomes is a collaboration between Niles Bolton Architects, Highland Engineering, and Vista Realty Construction. Sales will begin in Fall 2003.
US Bank of Nashville, Tennessee provided acquisition and construction financing in the amount of $5,452,000.
