Vista has broken ground on approximately 19 acres for the purpose of constructing 250 luxury apartment units to be known as Arbor Vista Apartments.
The project is located within the City of Douglasville and is approximately 20 miles east of Atlanta’s Central Business District, lying just north of Interstate 20, across from the recently opened regional mall known as Arbor Place Mall.
Designed by Niles Bolton Associates and Highland Engineering, and constructed by Johnson Graham Malone, the Project’s initial occupancy is anticipated by Fall 2002.
Total Project cost will be approximately $17.5 Million Dollars. Compass Bank provided a construction loan of approximately $15 Million Dollars.
Vista is an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, founded by Eduard de Guardiola; specializing in the ownership and development of multi-family housing throughout the Southeast. It currently has 1,100 multifamily units either in lease-up or under construction in Atlanta, with an additional 1,200 multifamily units under development.
